HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron. We also accept PayPal payments.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed you order, you will receive an automated confirmation email which will contain your order number. Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

In your dispatch email, you will find a tracking number. The tracking number is a link which will take you direct to the courier website which will bring up your tracking details. 

DO YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS?

We do provide discounts, but only in promotional periods. Please follow our Social Media channels for more information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It is possible to cancel your order but you will need to notify us within 24 hours or at the earliest point possible. If we are able to cancel your order, we will do so and send you an email to confirm.

CAN I AMEND AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, you cannot amend an order once it has been placed. Please contact us via email to cancel your order at the earliest point possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us via email 'straight 'away with your order number and a picture of the item/s displaying the alleged fault.  You'll be notified via email  to let you know if your item/s has been approved  or not, for return and instructions will be provided on how to send it back to us. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fees. Should your order require a refund, we will only refund the amount paid for the item/s. The funds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow your 3-5 working days for your bank to return your money back into your account.
